SuperPAL are passionate about providing the opportunities for the ageing community to develop new interests and skills and become more active and productive. Our lifelong learning programs aim to increase self-confidence and motivation, improve health, enhance living skills and more. Ultimately, our SuperPAL community will become more positive, adaptive and resilient in managing their daily life.
We collaborate and work with partner organisations and qualified trainers to co-deliver lifelong learning workshops and courses that meet different learning capacity and styles of the ageing community.

Let’s join us and improve your flexibility and balance through line dancing! Enjoy this social dance with like-minded people while grooving to the beat of popular tunes.
